依据有关规定，深圳技术大学集成电路与光电芯片学院拟对金相显微镜项目合同部分条款进行变更，现将有关情况向社会大众征求意见：

中标供应商：深圳市今浩仪器设备有限公司

交货日期变更：

原《深圳技术大学货物采购国内贸易》条款：

第三条 货物交付及验收

1.交货日期和地点

（1）合同签订后 120 个日历日内交货（含免税证明办理时间），产品的附件、备品备件及专用工具应随产品一同交付；（说明：若为进口免税货物，本合同签订后，甲方将按照本合同第十二款委托外贸公司签订外贸合同并申办免税，装运应安排在免税等进口证书获批以及取得生产国出口许可批文（如有）后。）

申请变更为：

Shipment shall be effected after the approval of import certificates, such as tax exemption certificate, and the approval of an export license (if any) from the producing country.).

变更的理由及相关说明：

中标产品：Leica Microsystems CMs GmbH生产并组装的DM8000 M，其中“大尺寸载物台”是Leica Microsystems CMs GmbH向以色列工厂订购生产后加工，由于战争原因导致此部件货期延长，故此造成中标产品DM8000 M延期交货。为了项目顺利进行，经双方友好协商，申请延长合同货期。

征求意见期限：公示时间为5个工作日，2024-09-02 至2024-09-06
